Split Line (whinh4231m100)
Use this session to split shipment lines and move the quantity split off to an existing or new shipment.

If the item is serialized, you must specify the serial numbers of the items to be split off. To specify the serial numbers, choose Stock Point Details. The Shipment Line Stock Point Details (whinh4133m000) session is started in which you can specify the serial numbers to be split off.

The handling unit to be split off from the shipment line.
- Gross Weight

Gross weight of the items shipped, including packaging.
- Net Weight

Net weight of the items shipped, excluding packaging.
- Shipment

The shipment to which a new shipment line with the split quantity must be added.
If you do not specify a shipment in the current field, LN creates a new shipment to which the new shipment line with the split quantity is added.
If you do not specify a shipment in the current field and the Quantity is more than one, you can specify the number of shipments to which the quantity must be split.
- Number of Shipments

The number of shipments that must be generated for the quantity to split. The quantity to split is equally divided over the newly generated shipments.
You can specify the number of shipments if you do not specify a shipment in the Shipment field and the Quantity is more than one.
- Load

The load to which a new shipment line with the split quantity must be added. The default value is the load of the origin shipment.
- Shipping Container

The shipping container to which a new shipment line with the split quantity must be added. The default value is the shipping container of the origin shipment.
This field is available if, in the Inventory Handling Parameters (whinh0100m000) session, the Shipping Containers in use check box is selected.
