Outbound Order Line - Planned Shipment Requirements (whinh4183m000)
Use this session to create planned shipment requirements for the selected outbound order line.
Planned shipment requirements are prerequisites for manually creating projected shipments for less than the total quantity of an outbound order line.
To manually create a projected shipment for the outbound order line, create a planned shipment requirement and generate a projected shipment from the planned shipment requirement.
You can create multiple projected shipments for the ordered quantity of the outbound order line, but the total quantity of the projected shipments cannot exceed the tolerance specified in the Maximum Quantity Tolerance field in the Warehousing Orders (whinh2100m000) session.

The planned issue quantity expressed in the storage unit.
- Maximum Quantity Tolerance

The greatest positive deviation from the ordered quantity that is tolerated to be shipped, expressed as a percentage.
The value in this field is taken from the Maximum Quantity Tolerance field in the Warehousing Orders (whinh2100m000) session.
The Hard Stop on Quantity field in the Outbound Order Lines (whinh2120m000) session indicates which action LN carries out if the tolerance is exceeded.
- Shipped Quantity in Inventory Unit
- The shipped quantity of the outbound order line.
- Planned Delivery Date
- The planned delivery date of the warehousing order header.

The date on which the planned shipment requirement is created.

The quantity for which to create a projected shipment, expressed in the order unit. The total quantity of the projected shipments created for the current outbound order line cannot exceed the ordered quantity of the outbound order line.

The quantity for which to create a projected shipment, expressed in the inventory unit. The total quantity of the projected shipments created for the current outbound order line cannot exceed the ordered quantity of the outbound order line.

You can add a package definition, or change the package definition if the status of the planned shipment requirement is Created.
You cannot change the package definition if the Package Definition Binding check box is selected in the header section of the current session.

The initial status of the planned shipment requirement.
- Planned

A shipment has been created for the planned shipment requirement, or the quantity of the planned shipment requirement is added to an existing shipment line. The status of the shipment or shipment line is Projected. The status of the planned shipment requirement remains Planned when the status of the shipment or shipment line changes to Open.
- Shipped

The items of the planned shipment requirement have been shipped and the corresponding shipment line has status Confirmed.
- Cancelled

The planned shipment requirement is cancelled.
- Shipment

The shipment created for the planned shipment requirement, or the shipment to which the quantity of the planned shipment requirement is added.

The shipment line created for the planned shipment requirement, or the shipment line to which the quantity of the planned shipment requirement is added.
- Allow Automatic Changes

If this check box is selected, changes made to the ordered quantity of the outbound order line are automatically updated to the related planned shipment requirements.
This applies to outbound order lines based on sales schedules.
Updates to the related planned shipment requirements may result in increased or reduced planned shipment quantities, or the removal of planned shipment requirements.
Planned shipment quantities are displayed in the Planned Shipment Quantity field.
This check box is available for planned shipment requirements that meet these conditions:
- The status of the planned shipment requirement is Created.
- The status of the planned shipment requirement is Planned.
If the status is Planned, the planned shipment requirements can only be updated if this check box is selected and these conditions are met:

The related shipment line has status Projected.

The related shipment line does not contain handling units.

Changes are allowed for the related shipment.

The related shipment line is not included in outbound advice.

This check box is read-only for planned shipment requirements with other statuses.
