Print Return Certificates (whinh3477m000)

Field Information

Preview/Reprint/Final Print

The options for the version of the return certificate to be printed.

If you select Final Print and print the document, the Final Print check box is selected in the Return Certificates (whinh3125m000) session.

Allowed values

Final Print

Print the final version of the documents within the selection range.

Reprint

Reprint the current version of the documents within the selection range.

Preview

Print the preliminary version of the documents within the selection range.

Detailed Report

If this check box is selected, the full details of the return certificate are printed.

Ownership

If this check box is selected, the ownership details of the goods are printed.

Print to predefined Device

If this check box is selected, the application selects a default printer to print the report or document. The use of default printers depends on the setup. For more information, refer to Default printers.

Note: By default, this check box is selected.

The number of copies to be printed.

Device Selection once

If this check box is selected, the output device used in a preceding print run is applied. The output device is inherited from the previous print run as long as you do not close the session. After closing and restarting the session, you must again select an output device.

This option is useful if this session is open for a relatively long time during which you want to print various times using the same output device, for example for different selection ranges.

Type

The options for including or excluding return certificates with delivery terms of type Cash on Delivery.

Return Certificates in Order Language

If this check box is selected, the return certificates are printed in the language of the originating sales return order.
