Print Shipment Notices (whinh3400m000)

Use this session to print advance shipment notices.

You can print a header selection and/or a line selection.

Field Information

Header Selection

Expected Deliveries: If this check box is selected, shipments that are yet to be delivered for each ASN sent to you by the supplier, are printed. The report consists of all Active ASNs that are within a specific scheduled delivery date range.
Routings: If this check box is selected, in prints routing detail for the ASN-header.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Expected Deliveries check box is cleared.
References: If this check box is selected, ASN reference information is printed.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Expected Deliveries check box is cleared.
Header Packaging: If this check box is selected, ASN-header packaging information is printed.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Expected Deliveries check box is cleared.
Landed Costs: If this check box is selected, the related landed cost lines for the shipment notice header is printed. These landed costs are printed on a separate print layout.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Expected Deliveries check box is cleared.
Text: If this check box is selected, text for the ASN-header is printed.

Line Selection

Lines: If this check box is selected, individual lines from the ASN are printed.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Expected Deliveries check box is cleared.
Packing Structure: If this check box is selected, prints item load structure information for the ASN.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Expected Deliveries check box is cleared.
Stock Point Details: If this check box is selected, LN prints the lots and serial numbers for the selected ASN-lines.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Expected Deliveries check box is cleared.
Landed Costs: If this check box is selected, LN prints the related landed cost lines for the shipment notice lines. These landed costs are printed on a separate print layout.
