Split Inspection (whinh2231m200)
Use this session to split the warehouse inspection and create a new inspection (sequence) with a different quantity.
- The session can be accessed using the

option on the

- The quantity to be split must be less than the received quantity.

- Inspection
- The code of the inventory inspection.
- Inspection Sequence
- The sequence number of the inbound or outbound inspection. You can carry out several inspections for each receipt, storage list, inbound or outbound advice, or picking list. Each time you have processed a certain quantity of items for the inspection, a new inspection sequence is created for the remaining quantity to be inspected. For each new sequence, the sequence number of the inspection is increased with 1.

The status of the inspection.
Allowed values
- Open

The items are ready (blocked) for inspection. The user can specify the approved, rejected or (inbound and inventory only) destroyed quantities and process the inspection and inspection lines.
- In Process
-
New inspection lines cannot be added to the inspection. The user can insert the approved, rejected or destroyed quantities and process the inspection and inspection lines.
An inspection obtains the In Process status if:
- The user saves inspection results for an inspection line of the inspection.
- The user clicks

for the selected inspection. - Quality is implemented, and Quality is leading, the Warehousing inspection is set in process after the Quality inspection is set in process.
- Processed

The inspection or inspection line is finalized. The items listed on the inspection are approved, rejected or (inbound and inventory only) destroyed.
- Advised
-
Inbound advice to the storage location is created for the approved and processed inspection. This status is used for the inbound flow.
- Put Away

The inbound advice and/or the storage list of the approved and processed inspection are put away and the goods are stored in the storage location. This status is used for the inbound flow.
- Inspection Line
- The inspection line created for the inspected stock point detail.
- Inspection Type

The type of the inspection. The inspection is performed based on the selected type of goods.

The inspection is performed for goods in inventory.
- Order Line
- The inspection order line number. The quantity specified for this order line is split.

- The code of the item. The code specified for this item is split.

- The total quantity of items to be inspected expressed in the storage unit.
- In Inventory Unit
- If inspection lines are present with item quantities expressed in different units, the quantity in this field is expressed in the inventory unit.
- Approved
- The quantity of items approved expressed in the approval unit. If inspection lines are present with item quantities expressed in different approval units, the quantities in this field are expressed in the inventory unit.
- Approval unit
- The unit of the approved item.
- In Inventory Unit
- The quantity of items approved expressed in the inventory unit.
- Rejected Quantity in Rejection Unit
- The quantity of item rejected, expressed in the rejection unit.
- In Inventory Unit
- The quantity of rejected goods expressed in the inventory unit.
- Handling Unit

- The lot number, serial number,
inventory date, and/or effectivity unit of an item.Note: This field is displayed only if the handling unit is linked to the inspection and is at the bottom level in the hierarchy.

- The quantity of items to be split in the inventory unit.

- The inspection number.Note: This field is displayed only if an inspection with the same number but a different sequence exist and the status of the inspection is set to Opne.
- Sequence
- The new sequence number of the inbound or outbound inspection.
