Activate Warehousing Orders (whinh2203m000)

Use this session to activate warehousing orders with the Planned status. To activate orders, select a range of planned warehousing orders by means of the fields in the Selection Range group box and click Activate. To inactivate orders, select a range of planned warehousing orders by means of the fields in the Selection Range group box and click Deactivate.

Field Information

Order Origin: The origin of the warehousing order.

Note: This field can be set to Service, Maintenance Sales or Maintenance Work only if the Initial Warehousing Order Status Determined by Warehousing check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session. If the multisite functionality is implemented, the Initial Warehousing Order Status Determined by Warehousing check box must also be selected for the site in the Service Settings by Site (tsmdm1103m000) session.

Directly Process Activated Orders: If this check box is selected, the warehouse orders are processed based on the order procedure defined in the order type, after creation. The orders are processed until the first step of the order procedure that must be executed manually is identified.
Success Report: If this check box is selected, a report that lists the activated or deactivated orders is printed.
Error Report: If this check box is selected, a report that lists any errors that occurred during the activation or deactivation process is printed.
