Inspection Lines to be Split (whinh2131m400)
Use this session to specify the lines and quantities to split.
- This session can be accessed from the Split Inspection (whinh2231m200) session. However, the Split Inspection (whinh2231m200) session can be accessed using the option on the
menu in the following sessions:
- Warehouse Inspection (whing3622m000)
- Inspection Lines (whinh2131m000)

Field Information
- Inspection
- The inspection number for which the split inspection is to be created.
- Inspection Sequence
- The sequence number of the inbound or outbound inspection.
- Inspection Status

The status of the inspection.
Allowed values
- Open
-
The items are ready (blocked) for inspection. The user can specify the approved, rejected or (inbound and inventory only) destroyed quantities and process the inspection and inspection lines.
- In Process
-
New inspection lines cannot be added to the inspection. The user can insert the approved, rejected or destroyed quantities and process the inspection and inspection lines.
An inspection obtains the In Process status if:
- The user saves inspection results for an inspection line of the inspection.
- The user clicks
The Set In Process option is available in these sessions:

- Warehouse Inspections Overview (whinh3122m000)
- Warehouse Inspection (whinh3622m000)
- Warehouse Inventory Inspection (whinh3622m200)

for the selected inspection. - Quality is implemented, and Quality is leading, the Warehousing inspection is set in process after the Quality inspection is set in process.
- Processed

The inspection or inspection line is finalized. The items listed on the inspection are approved, rejected or (inbound and inventory only) destroyed.
- Advised

Inbound advice to the storage location is created for the approved and processed inspection. This status is used for the inbound flow.
- Put Away

The inbound advice and/or the storage list of the approved and processed inspection are put away and the goods are stored in the storage location. This status is used for the inbound flow.
- Item
- The code of the item for which the inspection is performed.
- Stock Point

- Inspection Line
- The inspection line created for the inspected stock point detail.
- Lot
- The lot code.
- Serial Number
- The serial number of the item.
- Quantity To be Inspected
- The number of items to be inspected.
- Storage Unit
- The unit in which the quantity of stored goods is expressed.
- Move Inspection Line
- If this check box is selected, the
inspection line is moved to another line.Note: You can select this check box only if there are more than one inspection line.
- Quantity To be Split
- The quantity of items to be split that is
available in the storage unit.Note: This field is enabled only if the status of the inspection is open and Move Inspection Line check box is cleared.
- Rental Owner
- The name of the rental owner for whom the Inspection line is split.
- Inventory Date
- The inventory date of the item to be inspected.
- Effectivity Unit
- The code of the effectivity unit.
- E-item Revision
- The number of engineering item revision.
- Manufacturer
- The manufacturer of the inspected item.
- Manufacturer Part Number
- The manufacturer part number (MPN) of the inspected item.

- The location of the warehouse.
