Warehousing item data and settings on company level

For Warehousing, on company level item data are specified in the Item - Warehousing (whwmd4500m000) and Item Warehousing Defaults (whwmd4501m000) sessions. You can also use the Item - Warehousing (whwmd4600m000) and Item Warehousing Defaults (whwmd4601m000) sessions to specify these data.

If you select the Use Global Item Warehousing check box in the Item - Warehousing by Site (whwmd4104m000) session, various field values from the Item - Warehousing (whwmd4500m000) session are copied to the Item - Warehousing by Site (whwmd4104m000) session. If the field values are changed in the Item - Warehousing (whwmd4500m000) session, the changes are updated in the Item - Warehousing by Site (whwmd4104m000) session.

Mandatory company settings

Some data specified in the Item - Warehousing (whwmd4500m000) session are mandatory for all sites and individual warehouses of the logistic company. See Mandatory warehouse – item settings on company level.
