Warehouse data and settings on warehouse level

Warehouse data and settings on warehouse level are specified in the Warehouses (whwmd2500m000) session.

In the Warehouses (whwmd2500m000) session, you can specify data for individual warehouses or use site specific settings defaulted from the Warehousing Settings by Site (whwmd2101m000) session. For this purpose, select or clear the Use Site Settings check box.

Various fields, such as those relating to locations, and the Shipment through Warehouse and Warehouse fields, are unavailable for the company or site level. You can only specify these fields for individual warehouses in the Warehouses (whwmd2500m000) session.

Changes in these data in the Warehouses (whwmd2500m000) session are updated to the Item Data by Warehouse (whwmd2510m000) session:

  • Locations
  • Process Inventory Variances Automatically
  • Use Handling Units in and related check boxes.
  • Creation ASN
  • Confirm Receipts
  • Creation of Projected Shipments
  • Confirm Picking
  • DMS Supplied
  • DMS upon Receipt
  • DMS upon JSC Receipt
  • DMS on Inventory
  • Consolidate Handling Units in one Shipment Line during Picking
  • Process Adjustments Orders
  • Process Cycle Counting Orders
