Using the Planned Activity Workbench
You can use the Planned Activity Workbench (tsspc2600m100) session to view, filter and process the planned activities and the linked resource requirement lines. The workbench session comprises of:
- The Planned Activity Workbench (tsspc2610m100) session, wherein you can set the various filters for the planned activities and the linked resource requirement lines.
- The Planned Activities (tsspc2100m100) session.
- The Resource Requirements (tsspc2620m100) session
The workbench session can only be accessed from the main menu.
Filtering the planned activities
To filter the planned activities, you can specify the header data such as the Installation Group, the Item, the Service Office, the Operations Department, and the Maintenance Scenario.
You can also filter the planned activities using the options that are based on the status of the planned activities. When you select an option, the count of the activities with that status is also displayed.
You can specify the details in the Set Current Period to filter the planned activities based on the specified time period.
If you select a planned activity, the resource requirement lines linked to the selected planned activity are displayed.
Using the workbench session:
You can use the workbench session to process the planned activities and the linked resource requirement lines. The modified data is updated in the Planned Activities (tsspc2100m000) session.
For the planned activities and the resource requirement lines, you can perform the actions such as:
- Switch Status
- Update Planned Activities
- Transfer to Field Service
- Transfer to Depot Repair
- Add to Group Planning
