Physical breakdown tree structure for serialized items

The Physical Breakdowns (tscfg2110m200) session displays the physical breakdown structure of the selected serialized item in a tree structure. You can access this session using the Physical Breakdown Details option in:

The Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) session.
The Serialized Item (tscfg2600m000) session.
The Serialized Item 360 (tscfg2100m100) session.

Layout

When you select the Physical Breakdown Details option for a serialized item, the Physical Breakdowns (tscfg2110m200) session is displayed in the left pane and the Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) session is displayed in the right pane with the details of the selected serialized item.

The tree structure is displayed from the top serialized item and the selected serialized item is highlighted in Blue. If you select a different serialized item in the tree structure, the details of the selected item are displayed in the right pane.

Note: If an anonymous item is selected in the tree structure, the details in the right pane are not updated.

You can use the Search bar to search for a serialized item in the tree structure.

You can view this serialized item data in this session:

Item
The code of the item.
Serial Number
The code of the serialized item.
Description
The description or name of the code.
Owner
The code of the sold-to business partner who owns the serialized item.
In Use By
The code of the in use by business partner.
Dealer
The code of the sold-to business partner who is the dealer of the item.
Status
The status of the physical breakdown item. Possible values: Status

You can use these options in this session:

Serialized Item
The Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) session is displayed wherein you can select a serialized item. The physical breakdown structure of the selected item is displayed in the left pane.
Owner
The Sold-to Business Partners (tccom4510m000) session is displayed wherein you can select a sold-to business partner. The physical breakdown structure of the serialized items owned by the selected sold-to business partner is displayed in the left pane.
View Details

You can view the details of the item selected in the physical breakdown structure. If the selected item is:
- Serialized, the Serialized Item (tscfg2600m000) session is displayed wherein you can view the details of the serialized item.
- Anonymous, the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session is displayed wherein you can view the details of the item. If multisite is implemented, the Item - Service (tsmdm2600m000) is displayed.
