Intercompany Trade Orders
An intercompany trade order is created from an originating business object such as a sales order, service order, or warehouse transfer order.
An intercompany trade order is generated if an intercompany trade relationship exists, for the entities involved in fulfilling the originating business object and if:
- For a service order:
- A service order is planned
- A service order material cost line exists or the service order material cost line is saved for the first time.
- The service order (activity) status is set to Planned or a later status.
- For a maintenance sales order:
- A maintenance sales order is released.
- A part line, part delivery or a part loan line exists or the part line, part delivery or a part loan line is saved for the first time.
- The maintenance sales order (activity) status is set to Planned or a later status.
- A work order is planned.
- For a customer claim:
- A customer claim line is approved.
- A customer claim delivery line is saved for the first time.
- The customer claim line status is set to Approved or a later status.
