- The experience of an engineer can be expressed by specifying the serialized-item groups he/she is familiar with. The serialized-item groups are maintained in the Serialized Item Groups (tscfg0110m000) session.
- A preferred service engineer can be recorded by Installation group in the Installation Groups (tsbsc1100m000) session, or by serialized item in the Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) session.
