Work Order Activity Workbench (tswcs2600m100)

Use this session to view and filter the work order activities based on the values you specify. To filter the activities, you can also use the options that are based on the status of the activities. When you select an option, the count of the activities with that status is also displayed.

The Work Order Activities (tswcs2110m200) session is displayed as a satellite session in this session.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.

Field Information

Sold-to B.P.: The code of the sold-to business partner.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Operations Department: The code of the service department.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Item: The code of the item.
Serial Number: The serial number of the serialized item.
Item Description: The description or name of the code.
Maintenance Sales Order: The code of the maintenance sales order.
Part Maintenance: The part maintenance line number.
Work Order: The code of the work order.

Note: If the specified work order is the top work order, the activities linked to the child work orders of the top work order, are also displayed.
Released and Completed Work Orders only: If this check box is selected, only the work order activities with the Order Status set to Released or Completed, are displayed.
To Plan: Click To Plan to activate this filter. The work order activities, that are linked to the Released or Completed work orders and must be planned, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
To Release: Click To Release to activate this filter. The work order activities, that are linked to the Released or Completed work orders and must be released, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
To Complete: Click To Complete to activate this filter. The work order activities that must be completed, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
Sign-off required: Click Sign-off required to activate this filter. The work order activities that must be signed-off, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.
