Complete Work Order (tswcs2240m000)
Use this session to set the work order status to Completed. You can specify the actual maintained quantity for a work order. If this quantity is less than the planned quantity, you can create a follow-up work order.
- If the work order is created from a maintenance sales order part maintenance line, a new part maintenance line is created, to which the new follow-up work order is linked. A receipt line is not created for this part maintenance line as the items are already received and are being repaired. LN populates the delivery details on the part line which are defaulted from the original part maintenance line.
- When completing an internal work order with an the actual quantity less than the planned quantity, a new follow-up repair work order can be generated for the remaining quantity. As a maintenance sales order is not linked, new part maintenance line is not generated.
- The new work order can be processed independent of the original work order.
