Service Material Availability (tstdm2520m000)
Use this session to view the result of the various material availability checks that can be performed for a range of orders or for a single order, during planning or when releasing the order.
- The Material Availability lines are visible when the related Order is Planned or Released and is removed when the Order is Closed or Canceled.
- You cannot modify the values in this session manually.

Note: The Material Availability is only checked for the items for which Critical for Inventory Check check box is selected in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session. - Item Description

The warehouse that is checked for the availability of the Item.

The description or name of the Warehouse.
- ATP Inventory Available

Indicates if the inventory is available in the specified Warehouse, calculated by the ATP check.
- ATP Date

The date when the material is available in the Warehouse, calculated by the ATP check.
Note:- If the material is available at the Required Date, this date is set as ATP date.
- If the material is not available at the Required Date, the ATP check returns a date that when it is available. This date cannot be greater than the current date plus the Planning Horizon defined in the Items - Planning (cprpd1100m000) session.
- Planned Inventory Available

Indicates if the material is available, calculated by the Planned Inventory Check.
- Planned Available Date

The date/time when the material is available in the Warehouse, calculated by the Planned Inventory Check.
Note:- If the material is available at the Required Date, this date is set as Planned Available Date.
- If the material is not available at the Required Date, the Planned Inventory check returns a date that when it is available. If the Planned Available Date is after the Required Date, the Inventory Check Status is set to Supply is late. If Planned Available cannot be calculated, the Inventory Check Status is set to Shortage.
- On Hand Inventory Available

Indicates if the material is available in the warehouse, calculated by the ON Hand Inventory check.
- Required Quantity

The quantity of the item required for the order.
- Unit for Required Quantity

The unit in which the quantity is measured.
- Required Delivery Date

The date/time when the material must be delivered.
- Check ATP Inventory

Indicates if the ATP check is performed. This check can only be performed during planning the order.
Note: The ATP check is only performed, if the Order System is set to Planned in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session and the Include in Enterprise Planning check box is selected in the Warehouses (tcmcs0103s000) session. - ATP Checked on Date

The date/time when the last ATP check is performed.
