Required Skills by Activity (tstdm2111m000)

Use this session to create and modify skill requirement for the specific service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Note: You can view this session, only if the Skills checkbox is selected in General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.

You can access this session

  • From the specific menu in the Service Order Activities (tssoc2511m000) session.
  • As a satellite session in the Service Order Activity (tssoc2110m100) session. To view this session, the Skills check box must be selected in the Service Order Activity group box in the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session.
  • From the specific menu in the Planned Activities (tsspc2100m000) session.
  • As a satellite session in the Planned Activity (tsspc2600m000) session
  • From the specific menu in the Work Order Activities (tswcs2110m000) session.

The specific service order, work order or planned activities number for which the skill requirement is created or modified.

Line

The specific service order, work order or planned activity line number for which skill requirement is created or modified.

Detail Line

The group planning activity number.

Note: LN enables this field, only if the order type is group planning activity.
Skill

Required skill to carry out the reference activity.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Skill Importance

The importance of the selected skill.

Allowed values

Following are the possible values:

  • Mandatory
  • Preferred
Used for Sign-off

If this check box is selected, LN considers the selected skill as Sign-off skill in work order activities.

Note: 

LN enables this field, only if the order type is work order.

This field is applicable only if skill importance field is set to Mandatory.
