Level Workload (tsspc3290m000)
Use this session to delete the existing groups and to create new groups of the selected group sets.
Planned by origin
In the Selection Range group box, for the Activity Origin field, you can only view the origins for which the Planned by Origin check box is cleared in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session. Also, the Status fields for the origins are not displayed. For example, if the Planned by Origin check box is selected for the Service Order origin, the From Service Order Activity Status field is not displayed.

The From and To fields define a range of: planned start time. All group sets with a planned start time within the specified range, are selected.

If this check box is selected, LN runs the plan process in simulation mode. The results are not saved to the database. This process enables you to review the results before planning the selected groups and activity sets..

The options to determine the planning of groups in the group sets that are workload leveled.

Activities are sorted based on time, the activities will not be planned.
- From Start Time Activities

The start time of the first activity in a group to be planned is the earliest start time of the activity. If no earliest start time is specified for the activity, the planned start time (a mandatory field) will be used.
- From Specified Time

The start time of the first activity to be planned is defined by the user in field Plan Forward From. The time in this field is the start time of the first activity in a group to be planned. When no start time is specified LN displays an error message.
- From Finish Time Orders

The start time of the first planned activity to be planned is the finish time of the last service order with the same characteristics as the planned activity. This option is only applicable for planned activities.

The start date and time of the groups to be planned.
Note: This field is applicable only if Plan Forward is set to From Specified Time. - Automatically Freeze Activity Set

If this check box is selected, LN freezes the activity sets after the activity sets are planned.

If this check box is selected, all activity sets that start before this date are frozen after planning.
Note: This field is applicable only if Automatically Freeze Activity Set check box is selected. - Automatically Firm Plan Activities

If this check box is selected, LN sets the activity of the group planning, to Firm Planned.
Note:If the status of the original service order activity or work order activity is equal to or higher than the status specified in the From Service Order Activity Status field, LN sets the status of the activity of the group planning, to Firm Planned.
An activity is set to firm planned only when the planning process is executed successfully.

All activities with a status equal to or higher the specified status are, firm planned after planning.

When you plan a service order by means of the Service Order Resource Planning (tssoc2260m000) session, the service order status changes from Free to Planned.
- Released
-
Under this status the service engineer carries out the service order. You can change the service order's status to Released when you plan the service order by means of the Service Order Resource Planning (tssoc2260m000) session, or when you choose Release on the appropriate menu in the Service Orders (tssoc2100m000) session.
- Completed

The status of service orders that are successfully carried out. To change a service order's status from Released to Completed, choose on the appropriate menu in the Service Orders (tssoc2100m000) session. The service order is then removed from the planning system.
- Costed
-
The status of financially approved service orders. To change a service order's status to Costed (only possible if the status is Released or Completed), choose Cost on the appropriate menu in the Service Orders (tssoc2100m000) session.
Note: Before you change the status to Costed, make sure that all the service order's actual cost lines are entered, and financially approved. - Closed

You can change a service order's status from Costed to Closed by means of the Close Service Orders (tssoc2201m000) session. Service orders with the status Closed cannot have their data changed.
- Canceled

You can cancel service orders of status Planned, or Released, by means of the Cancel Service Order (tssoc2204m000) session, but only if all the activities linked to the service orders have the status Planned or Released and have no actual costs booked.
Note: If costs are already invoiced (cost line status is Costed or Posted to Finance), you cannot change the status of the service order and its related activities to Canceled. - Rejected

When there is enough Quantity Completed on all the previous operations to report complete the minimum order quantity of the operation in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) session, the operation status is set to Ready to Start by the previous operation.

If you use LN the operation status is Started when any quantity is reported as completed in Job Shop Control .
- Active

A WIP transaction has been performed on this operation. When the first operation is set to Active, the order status becomes Active too.
- Blocked

The operation has been blocked in Job Shop Control by the user or by an inspection order. Refer to Blocking operations.
- Completed

All the work has been completed for the operation. The quantities reported as completed and rejected are final. You can set this status in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) details session. If required, you can click in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) details session to change the operation status from Completed back to Active.
- Closed

The financial results of the operation have been calculated. Operations can only be closed in LN.
