Activity Sets for Job Shop Orders (tsspc3110m600)

Use this session to view and maintain group planning groups generated from group planning activity sets for the Job Shop Orders.

Note:

This session is displayed only if the Group Planning for Job Shop Orders Implemented is selected.
The Plan Groups and Activity Sets option is displayed, only if the Planned by Origin check box for the job shop orders is cleared on the Manufacturing tab in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session.

Field Information

Group

The unique ID of the group.

Allocated Resource

The resource allocated to the specified group.

Keep Sequence of Activities

If this check box is selected, LN does not change the sequence of the activities when the specified activity set is planned.

Start Date Activity Sets

The start date of the activity set. LN displays the activity sets with a start date later than the specified date.

Finish Date Activity Sets

The finish date of the activity set. LN displays the activity sets with a finish date earlier than the specified date.

Moved Activity Sets

If this check box is selected, LN displays the activity sets that have been moved from another group.

Activity Set

The group planning activity set number for the activity set.

Planning Sequence

The planning sequence of the activity set.

Activity Set Status

The status of the group planning activity set.

Allowed values

Created: The activity is imported from service order activity, work order activity or planned activity. The activity is yet to be planned.
Planned: The activity is successfully planned (planning times are updated). The updated start and finish times can be copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.
Not Planned: The activity could not be planned. Owing to failure of the planning process, the activity must be re-planned.
Released: The updated start and finish times of the activity are copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Maximum Operation Status

The highest possible status of job shop order operation that is assigned to the group.

Allowed values

Planned: The status when the plan is created.
Ready to Start: When there is enough Quantity Completed on all the previous operations to report complete the minimum order quantity of the operation in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) session, the operation status is set to Ready to Start by the previous operation.
Started: If you use LN the operation status is Started when any quantity is reported as completed in Job Shop Control .
Active: A WIP transaction has been performed on this operation. When the first operation is set to Active, the order status becomes Active too.
Blocked: The operation has been blocked in Job Shop Control by the user or by an inspection order. Refer to Blocking operations.
Completed: All the work has been completed for the operation. The quantities reported as completed and rejected are final. You can set this status in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) details session. If required, you can click Reset Operation Status in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) details session to change the operation status from Completed back to Active.
Closed: The financial results of the operation have been calculated. Operations can only be closed in LN.

Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, the activity set is firm planned and you cannot change the start and finish date of the activity set.

Frozen

If this check box is selected, the activity set is frozen and you cannot add new activities to the existing activity sets.

Planned Start Time

The start date and time of the first activity in the specified activity set.

Planned Finish Time

The finish date and time of the last activity in the specified activity set.

Sort Method

The sorting method for the job shop order activities in an activity set.

Allowed values

Total Activity Duration

The cumulative duration of travel for all the activities in the activity set.

Original Group

The original planning group number.

Original Activity Set

The original activity set number.
