Groups for Quality (tsspc3100m500)
Use this session to view and modify the group planning data for Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan.
- The Plan Groups and Activity Sets option is displayed, only if the Planned by Origin check box for the non-conformance or the corrective action plan is cleared on the Quality tab in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session.

Field Information
- Start Date Groups

The start date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a start date later than the specified date.
- Finish Date Groups

The finish date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a finish date earlier than the specified date.
- Allocated Engineer
-
The code of the allocated service engineer based on which the group data is filtered.
- Group Set
-
The unique ID of the group set for which the attribute values are specified.
- Group

The unique ID of the group.
- Activity Origin

The origin of the activity.

If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan based on the attribute values.

If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan based on the skills.
- Check Resources for Availability

If this check box is selected, LN checks the availability of resources for the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan.
- Minimum Availability Percentage

The minimum availability percentage of the resource for the allocation.
- Group Status

The least possible status of all the activities in the group.
Allowed values
- Created

The activity is imported from service order activity, work order activity or planned activity. The activity is yet to be planned.
- Planned

The activity is successfully planned (planning times are updated). The updated start and finish times can be copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.
- Not Planned

The activity could not be planned. Owing to failure of the planning process, the activity must be re-planned.
- Released

The updated start and finish times of the activity are copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.
- Maximum NCR/CAP Status

The highest possible status of all the activities in the group.
- Frozen

If this check box is selected, the group is frozen and you cannot add new groups to the existing groups.
- Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, the group is firm planned and you cannot modify the start and finish date of the group.
- Sort Method

The sorting method for the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan activities in an activity set.

- Planned Start Time

The method to plan the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan activities.
