Groups for Projects (tsspc3100m400)

Field Information

Start Date Groups

The start date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a start date later than the specified date.

Finish Date Groups

The finish date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a finish date earlier than the specified date.

Allocated Resource

The resources assigned to the specified group.

Group Set

The unique ID of the group set.

Group

The unique ID of the group.

Check Resources for Attribute Values

If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for projects based on attribute values.

Check Resources for Skills

If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for project activities based on skills.

Check Resources for Availability

If this check box is selected, LN checks availability of resources for projects.

Minimum Availability Percentage

The minimum availability percentage of the resource for the allocation.

Group Status

The least possible status of all the activities in the group.

Maximum Activity Status

The highest possible status of the project activity that is assigned to the group.

Frozen

If this check box is selected, the group is frozen and you cannot add new groups to the existing groups.

Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, the group is firm planned and you cannot change the start and finish date of the group.

Sort Method

The sorting method for the project activities in an activity set.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Projects (tsspc2190m300) session, if the group is part of the group set.

Keep Sequence of Activity Sets

If this check box is selected, LN does not change the sequence of the activity sets when the specified group is planned.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Projects (tsspc2190m300) if the Workload Leveling Method is set to Scheduling and the Plan Method is set to Planning Based on Route in the Group Sets for Projects (tsspc2190m300) session.

Center of Gravity is Defined

If this check box is selected, LN defines the center of gravity for the group.

Note: 

• This field is not applicable if:
  • the group is not a part of the group set.
  • the group is a part of a group set and for that group set the Workload Leveling Method is set to Scheduling in the Group Sets for Projects (tsspc2190m300) session.

Center of Gravity Latitude

The latitude of the center of gravity of the location.

Note: 

• This value is calculated and specified by the territory planning engine.
• This field is not applicable if the group is not a part of the group set.
• This field is not applicable if the group is a part of a group set and for that group set the Workload Leveling Method is set to Scheduling in the Group Sets for Projects (tsspc2190m300) session.

Center of Gravity Longitude

The longitude of the center of gravity of the location.

Note: 

• This value is calculated by the territory planning engine.
• This field is not applicable if the group is not a part of the group set.
• This field is not applicable if the group is a part of a group set and for that group set the Workload Leveling Method is set to Scheduling in the Group Sets for Projects (tsspc2190m300) session.

Planned Start Time

The start date and time of the first activity set in the specified group.

Planned Finish Time

The finish date and time of the last activity set in the specified group.

Plan Method

The method to plan the project activities.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Projects (tsspc2190m300) session, if group is a part of a group set.

The address of the starting point of the route.

The average travel speed used to calculate travel time when planning a route.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Plan Method field is set to Planning Based on Route.

Unit

The unit in which the average travel speed is expressed.

Travel Offset Time

The time used to calculate travel time when planning a route.

Note: This field is applicable only if Plan Method is set to Planning Based on Route.

Start Travelling on Start Time

If this check box is selected, the engineer must start travelling to the location where the activity must be performed, at the Planned Start Time specified for a project. If this check box is cleared, the engineer must reach the location early and start working on the activity at the specified Planned Start Time.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Plan Method set to Planning Based on Route.

Time Duration Unit

The unit in which the travel offset time is expressed.

Respect Earliest Start Time

If this check box is selected, LN considers the earliest start time to plan the project activities.

Note: 

• The planned start time must not be planned after the earliest start time.
• This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Projects (tsspc2190m300) session, if group is part of a group set.

Respect Latest Finish Time

If this check box is selected, LN considers the latest finish time to plan the planned activities. The Planned Finish Time cannot be planned after the Latest Finish Time.

Total Activity Duration

The cumulative duration of activities for all the activity sets in the group.

Total Travel Duration

The cumulative duration of travel for all the activity sets in the group.

Total Travel Distance

The cumulative travel distance of all the activity sets in the group.

Distance Unit

The unit in which the travel distance is expressed

Allocated Resource

The resources assigned to the specified group.
