Archive/Delete Planned Activities (tsspc2295m000)

Use this session to archive/delete Planned Activities.

Note: 
  • This session is displayed as Archive/Delete Calls (tsclm2295m000), if the Archive-to Company is not specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • Only the Planned Activities with status Transferred or Cancelled are considered for archiving.

Original Company

Archive-to Company

The company to which the data from the Original Company is archived.

Selection Range
Up to Date

The date and time up to which the Planned Activities are considered for archiving/deleting.

Note: The application considers the Planned Activities for which the Reported Time in the Planned Activities (tsspc2100m000) session is prior or equal to this date and time.
Installation Group

The From and To fields define a range of the Installation group linked to the Planned Activities.

From Item

The From and To fields define a range of the item.

From Serial Number

The From and To fields define a range of the Serial Number linked to the Planned Activities.

Reference Activity

The From and To fields define a range of the Reference activity linked to the Planned Activities.

Activity Use
The From and To fields define a range of the Activity Use linked to the Planned Activities.
Maintenance Scenario

The From and To fields define a range of the Maintenance Scenario linked to the Planned Activities.

Planned Activity

Options
Archive Text

If this check box is selected, all the text fields existing in the original company are archived.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Archive-to Company is specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Delete or Archive field is set to Delete Only.
Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected and the text already exists in the Archive-to Company, the existing text in the Archive-to Company is overwritten by the text that is archived.

Only Delete if Archived

If this check box is selected, only the Planned Activities that exist in the archive company are deleted.

  • This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Delete or Archive field is set to Delete Only.
Simulate

If this check box is selected, the archiving/delete process is only simulated and the results are displayed in the Process and Error reports. The actions are not committed in the database.

Print Options
Process Report

If this check box is selected, a process report is printed when the process is completed successfully. The report includes all Planned Activities that are within the specified selection range and are archived/deleted.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, an error report is printed when the process is not completed successfully. The report includes all Planned Activities that are within the specified selection range and are not archived/deleted.

Print Statistics

If this check box is selected, a report prints Planned Activities counts.
