Copy Planned Activities (tsspc2280m000)

Use this session to copy the planned activities for the following ranges:

installation group
item
Serial
Activity
Activity Number

The planned activities are copied from the range of dates specified in the Selection Range group box to the target date, starting from the date specified in the Planned Start Time field, of the Target group box. The ERP calculates the planned finish time of the copied activities.

The target start date to which you copy the planned activities must be later than the end date specified in the To Planned Start Time field of the Selection Range group box.

Example

The dates specified in the Planned Start Time and To Planned Start Time fields of the Selection Range group box range from 1/1/07 to 12/31/07. The date entered in the Planned Start Time field of the Target group box must be later than 12/31/07.

Note: You cannot copy a planned activity for a serialized item if the planned activity for that serialized item already exists in the specified target date. The planned activities for the remaining serialized items in the range are copied.

Field Information

Installation Group: The From and To fields define a range of: Installation group for which you want to copy the planned activities.
Installation Group: The From and To fields define a range of: Installation groups for which you want to copy the planned activities.
From Item: The From and To fields define a range of: items for which you want to copy the planned activities.
To Item: The From and To fields define a range of: items for which you want to copy the planned activities.
From Serial Number: The From and To fields define a range of: serial numbers for which you want to copy the planned activities.
To Serial Number: The From and To fields define a range of: serial numbers for which you want to copy the planned activities.
Activity: The From and To fields define a range of: activities that you want to copy.
Activity (To): The From and To fields define a range of: activities that you want to copy.
Activity Line: The From and To fields define a range of: activity numbers that you want to copy.
Activity Number (To): The From and To fields define a range of: activity numbers that you want to copy.
Planned Start Time: The date until which the planned activities are copied.
Planned Finish Time: The date from which the planned activities are copied.

Offset

If this check box is selected, you can specify the time offset for the new Planned start time.

Planned finish time is recalculated from the new planned start time (according the activity duration and the calendar).
Earliest start time, latest finish time, planned travel start and planned travel finish are recalculated from the new planned start and planned finish time.

Target: If this check box is selected, you can specify target installation, item and serial number of the serialized item. LN copies all specified planned activities to the target Serialized Item.

Only copy planned activities for active contract period: If this check box is selected, LN copies the activities for which service contract is active to the new Planned Activity.
Requirements: If this check box is selected, LN copies the material requirements, labor requirements, other requirements and required skills to the new planned activity.
Check Availability: If this check box is selected, LN moves the planned start time until it is a working day and it recalculates planned finish time from the planned start time and activity duration.

Process Report

If this check box is selected, process report is printed.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, error report is printed.

Subassemblies

If this check box is selected, the subassemblies are copied to the new planned activity.
