Switch Status Maintenance Plan (tsspc2201m000)
Use this session to change the status of the planned activities specified for the maintenance plan. You can access this session using the Switch Status... option in the Planned Activities (tsspc2100m000) session. You can select a range of maintenance scenarios, serialized items and planned activities.
- The To-selection range values must not be lesser than the From-selection range values.
- The selection range for the Owner, In Use-by Business Partner, Installation Group, Serialized Item Group and Usage Class fields is used to set more accurate browse filters for the From Item and To Serial Number range.
- If a planned activity is transferred to a service order or a maintenance sales order and this order is not canceled, the application does not change the status of the activity but a message is printed in the error report.
- If a planned activity transferred to a service order or a maintenance sales order is canceled, the application does not change the status of the activity but a message is printed in the error report.
- You cannot change the status if only one status check box is selected in the Activity Status group box and this status is same as the value set in the Switch Status To field.
- You must select at least one check box in the Activity Use and the Activity Status group boxes.

If this check box is selected, the material availability data of the latest planned material line is updated on the related planned activities.

If this check box is selected, actual delete actions are not executed.
- Process Report

If this check box is selected, all the planned activities, for which the status has been changed, are printed in a process report ordered on serialized item.
Note: By default, this check box is selected and disabled if the Simulate check box is selected. - Error Report

If this check box is selected, an error report is generated with the planned activities, for which the status cannot be switched. The report also includes the details of the error.
