Planned Activities (tsspc2100m100)
Use this session to view and maintain the list of activities planned for the preventive maintenance of an installation group.
- You can view the Required Skills option, only if the Skills implemented checkbox is selected in General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
- This session can be accessed from the Planned Activity Workbench (tsspc2600m100) session.

Allowed values
- Planned

When you plan a service order by means of the Service Order Resource Planning (tssoc2260m000) session, the service order status changes from Free to Planned.
- Released
-
Under this status the service engineer carries out the service order. You can change the service order's status to Released when you plan the service order by means of the Service Order Resource Planning (tssoc2260m000) session, or when you choose Release on the appropriate menu in the Service Orders (tssoc2100m000) session.
- Completed
-
The status of service orders that are successfully carried out. To change a service order's status from Released to Completed, choose on the appropriate menu in the Service Orders (tssoc2100m000) session. The service order is then removed from the planning system.
- Costed
-
The status of financially approved service orders. To change a service order's status to Costed (only possible if the status is Released or Completed), choose Cost on the appropriate menu in the Service Orders (tssoc2100m000) session.
Note: Before you change the status to Costed, make sure that all the service order's actual cost lines are entered, and financially approved. - Closed

You can change a service order's status from Costed to Closed by means of the Close Service Orders (tssoc2201m000) session. Service orders with the status Closed cannot have their data changed.
- Canceled

You can cancel service orders of status Planned, or Released, by means of the Cancel Service Order (tssoc2204m000) session, but only if all the activities linked to the service orders have the status Planned or Released and have no actual costs booked.
Note: If costs are already invoiced (cost line status is Costed or Posted to Finance), you cannot change the status of the service order and its related activities to Canceled. - Rejected

- LN updates the top serialized item is updated when the physical breakdown is modified.

The serial number of the topmost serialized item in this item's physical breakdown.

- Travel Duration

The time required to travel from the service department to the Installation group's Planned Activity (tsspc2600m000). This value is defaulted from the Installation Groups (tsbsc1100m000) session based on the installation group.

The distance to be traveled for the planned activity.
- Distance Unit

The unit in which the distance in expressed.
- Planned Travel Start Time

The planned start date and time of the travel.
- Planned Travel Finish Time

The travel finish date and time for the activities in the specified group.
- Appointment

If this check box is selected, an appointment has been arranged with the customer for the planned activity to be carried out by the service engineer.
- Original Planned Start Time

- Reference Point

If this check box is selected, purchase requisition can be generated as a subcontractor is not identified for the activity.
- Subcontractor

The code of the buy-from business partner who performs the subcontracted work required for the activity.

The description or name of the code.
- Item Subcontracting

The code of the service item or cost item required to complete the reference activity, if a subcontractor is required.
Note:- The service/cost item is used for a purchase order line. You cannot add an activity to a purchase order line. Therefore, this item is used as an activity definition and is defaulted when generating purchase orders.
- This field is enabled only if the Subcontracted check box is selected.
- If the Activity Use field is set to Field Service, you can also specify the Item for which the Item Type is set to Subcontracted Service.
