Planned Activities (tsspc2100m000)
Use this session to view and maintain the list of activities planned for the preventive maintenance of an installation group.
A list of planned activities can be generated for a Installation group, or a range of Installation groups, using the Generate Maintenance Plan (tsspc2200m000) session.
Use the following options to view the related orders within the service package and the related orders originating from the packages such as Purchase, Manufacturing and Warehouse:
Related To:
Starts the Graphical Browser Framework that displays the orders which originate from the current order.Related From:
Starts the Graphical Browser Framework that displays the orders that originate from the specific order.
Graphical Browser Framework allows you to view Multi level relations of the orders. You can view the details using the following options:
View Details:
Use this option to view the details of the related order.Reverse Tree:
Use this option to start the Graphical Browser Framework in reverse mode starting from the order you select. For example, if you open Graphical Browser Framework in Related To mode, you can use the reverse option to view the orders in the Related From mode.

The duration of the planned activity. The default value is that given to the activity in the Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) session.
- Travel Duration

The time required to travel from the service department to the Installation group's location. The default value is that given to the Installation group in the Installation Groups (tsbsc1100m000) session.
- Planned Start Time

Planned start time of the activity.
- Planned Finish Time

Planned finish time of the activity.
- Earliest Start Time

The activity's earliest acceptable start time. The default value is determined by the reference activity's Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) details session.
- Latest Finish Time

The activity's latest acceptable finish time. The default value is determined by the reference activity's Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) details session.
- Appointment

If this check box is selected, an appointment has been arranged with the customer for the planned activity to be carried out by the service engineer.
If this check box is cleared, no appointment has been arranged.
- Inventory Check Status

The overall inventory status for all the material lines linked to the selected order.
Allowed values
- Free
- Shortage

Indicates that one or more material lines has status 'Shortage'.
- Supply is late

Indicates that no material lines has status 'Shortage' and one or more material line has status 'Supply is late'
- Available

Indicates that all material lines are available.
- Pending
- ATP Inventory Available

Indicates if the inventory for all the material lines is available, determined by the ATP check.
- Available Date

The latest date and time, calculated by the ATP check, when the inventory is available for all the material lines.
- Checked On Date

The date and time when the ATP check is executed for all the material lines.
- Planned Inventory Available

Indicates if the inventory for all the material lines is available, determined by the planned inventory check.
- Planned Inventory Available Date

The latest date and time calculated by the planned inventory check, when the inventory is available for all the material lines.

The date and time when the planned inventory check is executed for all the material lines.
- On Hand Inventory Available

Indicates if the inventory for all the material lines is available, calculated by the on hand inventory check.

The latest date and time calculated by the on hand inventory check, when the inventory is available for all the material lines.
- On Hand Inventory Available Checked On Date

The date and time when the on hand inventory check is executed for all the material lines.
- Site

The code of the site assigned to the operations department.
Note:- This field is displayed only if the Sites field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- If the planned activity is generated from a maintenance scenario, LN defaults this value from the Preventive Maintenance Scenario (tsspc1630m000) session based on the value the Scenario Use field is set to.
- If the planned activity is created manually or generated from a call, the site is defaulted based on the value set in the Activity Use field. For more information, see Impact of multisite on preventive maintenance scenarios and planned activities.
- Operations Department

The service department that carries out the reference activity.
Note: The default value is that given to the activity in the Installation Groups (tsbsc1100m000) session. - Description

- Subcontractor

The code of the buy-from business partner who carries out any subcontracted work required by the activity.

The code followed by the name of the subcontractor.
- Item Subcontracting

The code of the service item or cost item required in order to complete the reference activity if a subcontractor is required.
Note:- The service/cost item is used on a purchase order line. The item is required because you cannot add an activity to a purchase order line, the item will be used as an activity definition. This item will be used as a default item when generating purchase orders.
- This field is enabled only if the Subcontracted check box is selected.
- If the Activity Use field is set to Field Service, you can also specify an Item for which the Item Type is set to Subcontracted Service.
- Description

The name or description of the item.
- Top Item

The item code of the highest-level serialized item in the physical-breakdown structure, to which this serialized item belongs.
Note:- The top serialized item is displayed in this field after its status is set to Active.
- Each time the physical breakdown is changed, the top serialized item is updated.
- Top Serial Number

The serial number of the topmost serialized item in this item's physical breakdown.
- Master Routing

- Maintenance Scenario

The series code of the maintenance scenario to which the planned activity is linked.
Note: When you specify a new planned activity and reference activity for a serialized item, the application considers the maintenance scenario and the reference activity to default the first maintenance scenario line that is found. - Scenario Line
