- This message is cleared when the latest information of the rule book is processed to all the serialized items.

The name of the user who last modifies the data.

- This field is displayed only if the Use Rule Book for Maintenance Scenarios check box is selected in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.
- Last Rule Book Processing Date

The date and time when the rule book is last processed for all the serialized items, using the Assign Maintenance Scenario to Serialized Items (tscfg2200m000) session.
Note:- This is a display field.
- This field is displayed only if the Use Rule Book for Maintenance Scenarios check box is selected in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.
- The application populates the current date and time in this
field if the Assign Maintenance Scenario option is used to assign maintenance scenarios to the serialized items and in the Assign Maintenance Scenario to Serialized Items (tscfg2200m000) session:
- The Update Maintenance Scenario check box is selected.
- The Selection Serialized Items field is set to All Serialized Items.
- Last Rule Book Processing User

The name of the user who last processes the rule book for all the serialized items, using the Assign Maintenance Scenario to Serialized Items (tscfg2200m000) session.

- This field is displayed only if the Use Rule Book for Maintenance Scenarios check box is selected in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.
- Maintenance Cycle

The time frequency for the repetition of the maintenance plan.
Note: This value is defaulted in the Preventive Maintenance Scenario Lines (tsspc1131m000) session. - Maintenance Cycle Unit

The time unit in which the period for the maintenance cycle is expressed.
Note:- This field is mandatory if the value in the Maintenance Cycle field is greater than 0.
- This value is defaulted from the Unit for Year field in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.
- This value is defaulted in the Preventive Maintenance Scenario Lines (tsspc1131m000) session.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Consider Last Planned Activity Date

If this check box is selected, the last planned activity date, generated for the pattern line, is considered to start the maintenance cycle start time.
Note: This check box setting in defaulted in the Preventive Maintenance Scenario Lines (tsspc1131m000) session. - Scenario Use

The type of the preventive maintenance scenario. This value indicates the type of maintenance performed on the item.
Allowed values
- Field Service

The reference activity can be used only for Field Service usage.
- Depot Repair
-
The reference activity can be used only for Depot Repair usage.
- General
-
The reference activity is not restricted to any particular usage and can be used generally. This activity can be used for Field Service and/or depot repair.
- Rental
-
The reference activity can be used only for Rental usage.
Note: By default, the value in this field is set to General. - Location Site
-
The code of the site at which the item is maintained. This site is used for internal service orders.
Note:- This field is enabled only if Scenario Use field is set to Field Service or General.
- This field is displayed only if the Sites field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- Repair Site

The code of the site at which the item is received for maintenance from the sold-to business partner.
Note:- This field is enabled only if Scenario Use field is set to Depot Repair or General.
- This field is displayed only if the Sites field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
