Usage Based - Maintenance Scenarios (tsspc1533m500)

Use this session to view the usage based maintenance scenario lines, that contain a Trigger Set which has a trigger line with the Reference Activity specified in the header.

Note:

You can view this session only as a satellite session in the Where Used Reference Activity/Master Routing in Preventive Maintenance (tsspc1633m000) session.
You can view this satellite session only if:
- The Where Used Reference Activity/Master Routing in Preventive Maintenance (tsspc1633m000) session is accessed for reference activities.
- The Use Item Counter Readings check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
To enable this session, you must set the Type of Scenario field to Usage Based Only or Time Based and Usage Based, and select the Where Used in Maintenance Scenarios check box in the Usage Based group box, in the header.

Process Identification

The process ID based on which the data is populated in this session.

Record Type

Indicates the record type for which the data is displayed for the reference activity displayed in the Where Used Reference Activity/Master Routing in Preventive Maintenance (tsspc1633m000) session.

Maintenance Scenario

The code of the maintenance scenario.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Second Description

The additional description of the maintenance scenario.

Creation Date

The date and time when the maintenance scenario is created.

Created By

The name of the user who created the maintenance scenario.

Last Modification Date

The date and time when the maintenance scenario is last modified.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the maintenance scenario.

Last Rule Book Modification Date

The date and time when the rule is last modified for all the maintenance scenarios.

Last Rule Book Modification User

The name of the user who last modified the rule for all the maintenance scenarios.

Last Rule Book Processing Date

The date and time when the rule book is last processed for all the serialized items, using the Assign Maintenance Scenario to Serialized Items (tscfg2200m000) session.

Note:

This field is displayed only if the Use Rule Book for Maintenance Scenarios check box is selected in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.

The application populates the current date and time in this field if the Assign Maintenance Scenario option is used to assign maintenance scenarios to the serialized items and in the Assign Maintenance Scenario to Serialized Items (tscfg2200m000) session:

The Update Maintenance Scenario check box is selected.
The Selection Serialized Items field is set to All Serialized Items.

Last Rule Book Processing User

The name of the user who last processes the rule book for all the serialized items, using the Assign Maintenance Scenario to Serialized Items (tscfg2200m000) session.

Text

The text related to the usage based scenario.

Scenario Line

The line number of the maintenance scenario.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Text

The text related to the maintenance scenario line.

Tolerance Period Finish

The maximum time period for which the finish date of the generated planned activity can be shifted.

Tolerance Period Start

The maximum time period for which the start date of the generated planned activity can be shifted.

Overrule Planned Start/Finish Tolerance

If this check box is selected, LN does not consider the tolerance period.

Shift Related Planned Activities

If this check box is selected, the same check box on the planned activities generated from maintenance scenario line is selected. On the planned activities with this check box selected, when changing the planned start time, the same change is done on all planned activities generated from the same maintenance scenario line.

Cyclic

If this check box is selected, planned activities are generated periodically within the specified date range.

Child Item

The child item for which maintenance plan is generated.

Specific Child Item

If this check box is selected, you can specify the child item.

Trigger Set

The code of the maintenance trigger set used for the maintenance scenario.

Position

The position defined for the maintenance trigger set.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Specific Position check box is selected.

Specific Position

If this check box is selected, the maintenance scenario line is specific to a position of the item.

Note: This check box is enabled only if the Type of Scenario field is set to Usage Based Only.

Measurement Type

The code of the measurement type.

Note: This check box is enabled only if the Type of Scenario field is set to Usage Based Only.

Scenario Line Type

The type of maintenance scenario line.

Allowed values

Time Based: For a time based maintenance scenario, the maintenance plan is generated either on master routing or for a reference activity.
Usage Based: For a usage based maintenance scenario, the maintenance plan is generated if the scenario line is setup for a specific child item that matches with the item of the serialized item.
Time Based Pattern: For a time based pattern maintenance scenario, the maintenance plan is generated either on master routing or for a reference activity.

Trigger Set

The code of the trigger set used for the maintenance scenario line.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Maintenance Trigger Type

The type of maintenance triggers that is used to trigger maintenance notifications when performing Inspection.

Transaction Date

The date and time of the transaction.
