Preventive Maintenance Scenario Lines (tsspc1131m000)
Use this session to create and maintain preventive maintenance scenario lines based on which a maintenance plan is generated for a serialized item.
Scenarios can be:
- Usage Based. Example execute maintenance after 10000 km or after profile of the tire is below 3 mm.
- Time Based. Example 12 times a year.
- Based on time according to a predefined pattern. Example perform minor maintenance after two months, extensive maintenance after three months, minor maintenance after five months.
Field Information
- Maintenance Scenario
-
The series code of the maintenance scenario.
- Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- Line
-
The line number of the maintenance scenario. Each line is identified with a unique number generated by LN. By default, LN increases the existing number by a predefined value. However, you can change the value.
- Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- Type
-
The type of maintenance scenario line.
Allowed values
- Time Based
-
For a time based maintenance scenario, the maintenance plan is generated either on master routing or for a reference activity.
- Usage Based
-
For a usage based maintenance scenario, the maintenance plan is generated if the scenario line is setup for a specific child item that matches with the item of the serialized item.
- Time Based Pattern
-
For a time based pattern maintenance scenario, the maintenance plan is generated either on master routing or for a reference activity.
- Measurement Type
-
The code of the measurement type.
Note: Only applicable for usage based scenario lines. - Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- Specific Position
-
If this check box is selected, the maintenance scenario line is specific to a position of the item.
Note: Only applicable for usage based scenario lines. - Position
-
The position code of the item.
Note: only applicable when specific position is selected. - Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- Reference Activity
-
The reference activity from which a planned activity is generated.
- Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- Master Routing
-
The code of the master routing from which a planned activity is generated.
- Routing Option
-
The code of the routing option from which a planned activity is generated.
- Specific Child Item
-
If this check box is selected, the maintenance scenario line is applicable to the specific child item.
- Child Item
-
The child item for which maintenance plan is generated.
- During Life Cycle
-
If this check box is selected, planned activities are generated within the defined life cycle of the item. The life cycle can be defined in Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session.
- Cyclic
-
If this check box is selected, planned activities are generated continuously within the specified date range.
- Frequency
-
The number of times the reference activity is to be carried out.
- Unit
-
The unit in which the frequency is expressed.
- Trigger Set
-
The code of the maintenance trigger set.
Note:- This is a display field.
- This value is defaulted from the Usage Based Scenario Line (tsspc1131m100) session.
- Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- Maintenance Cycle
-
The time frequency for the repetition of the maintenance plan.
Note:- This field is enabled and mandatory if:
- The Cyclic check box is selected.
- The Type field is set to Time Based Pattern.
- This value is defaulted from the Preventive Maintenance Scenarios (tsspc1130m000) session.
- This field is enabled and mandatory if:
- Maintenance Cycle Unit
-
The time unit in which the period for the maintenance cycle is expressed.
Note:- This field is mandatory if the value in the Maintenance Cycle field is greater than 0.
- This value is defaulted from the Preventive Maintenance Scenarios (tsspc1130m000) session, and you can modify this value only if the Activity Pattern field is set to Relative.
- Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- Consider Last Planned Activity Date
-
If this check box is selected, the last planned activity date, generated for the pattern line, is considered to start the maintenance cycle start time.
Note:This check box setting is defaulted based on the value you set for the Consider Last Planned Activity Date check box in the Preventive Maintenance Scenarios (tsspc1130m000) session, if:
- The Type field is set to Time Based or Time Based Pattern.
- The Activity Pattern field is set to Relative.
