Service Departments - Linked Attribute Groups (tsspc0620m400)

Use this session to view and maintain service departments that are linked to attribute groups and attribute values.

  • Service department is displayed in the top left corner of the screen. For details, refer to the online Help of Service Offices (tsmdm1100m000) session.
  • Attribute groups linked to the departments are displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen. For details, refer to the online Help of Attribute Group - Preferred Resources (tsspc0620m100) session.
  • Attribute values linked to the groups are displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen. For details, refer to the online Help of Attribute Values (tsspc0121m000) session.
