Service Engineers - Linked Attribute Groups (tsspc0620m300)

Use this session to view and maintain service engineers that are linked to attribute groups and attribute values.

  • Service engineer data is displayed in the top left corner of the screen. For details, refer to the online Help of Employees - Service (tsmdm1640m000) session.
  • Attribute groups linked to the engineers are displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen. For details, refer to the online Help of Attribute Group - Preferred Resources (tsspc0620m100) session.
  • Attribute values linked to the groups are displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen. For details, refer to the online Help of Attribute Values (tsspc0121m000) session.
