Service Engineer Assignments History (tssoc8553m000)
Use this session to display the history data of Service Engineer Assignments.
Field Information
- Order

The number of the service order for which the engineers are listed.
- Description
-
If the service order is created for an external customer, this field displays the name of the sold-to business partner.
If the service order is created for an internal business partner, this field displays the description of the service department that carries out the service order.

- Line Number

The sequence number that enables you to define more than one engineer for a service order.

The date and time when the service engineer assignment was posted to history.

The number of the service-order activity line that the service engineer works on.
Note: By default, this field is zero (0), indicating that the service engineer is assigned to the entire service order. - Activity Status

The code of the service engineer assigned to the service order.

The description or name of the code.

The assignment status of the Service Engineer.
- Pager / Phone Enabled

If this check box is selected, the service engineer is available for paging. This is defaulted from a combination of Employees - Service (tsmdm1140m000) session and Pager Data (tsmdm1170m000) session of the employee.

If this check box is selected, the service order requires paging the service engineer.

The period of time in which the engineer is expected to respond to a paging message. After this period, the paging message can be automatically resent.

- Escalation Date/Time

The date and time when the order exceeds the paging reaction period, defined in the Paging Interval field in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session.

The number of times a paging message was sent.

The date and time when the last paging message was sent.

The last date and time, when the Service Engineer has downloaded the assigned activities. This field is used by the Mobile Service application. The assignment cannot be deleted if this field is filled.
- Job Sheet Completion Time

The date and time, when the engineers report the completion of the assignment. Complete in the sense that the assignment has been successfully executed at the customer location. This field is used both by Service and Mobile Service .This field is enabled if a service engineer has no assignments pending. In other words, all the assignments of service engineer have actual times filled in.
- Last Changed Time

The date and time when the Planned Start and Planned Finish are last updated or when the planner manually changes the service engineer assignment data.

The planned start date and time when the service engineer is expected to commence work on the execution of the service order activity.
- Planned Finish

The planned date and time when the service engineer is expected to complete the execution of the service order activity.
- Actual Start Time

The date and time when the service engineer starts work on the execution of the assigned assignment.
- Actual Finish Time

The date and time when the service engineer completes the execution of the assigned assignment.
- Reject Time

The date and time when the service engineer rejects the assignment that is assigned. This rejection time can be filled either Manually or by the Mobile Service application.
- Rejection Reason

The code of the reason to reject the assignment.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Assignment Text

LN selects this check box to indicate that additional information, related to the assignment, is present in the Text field.
- Accept Time
-
The date and time at which the service engineer accepts the service order activity assigned. The service engineer informs the dispatcher of his/her acceptence. The information can be conveyed by fax, mobile phones, pager or telephone. The Assignment cannot be deleted if this time is filled.

The actual start date and time of the travel.
- Actual Travel Finish

The actual finish date and time of the travel.
- Planned Travel Start

The planned travel distance for the service order activity.
Note:- This value is defaulted from the Service Order Activities (tssoc2110m000) session.
- This field is visible only if the Field Service check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
- This field is enabled only if the Origin field is set to Service Order.
