Interactive Costing for Service Orders (tssoc4110m000)

Field Information

Cost

If this check box is selected, you can cost the selected service orders, service order activities, or cost lines.

Note: To cost the selected service orders, service order activities, or cost lines, on the Specific menu, click Cost.

Service Order

The service order you can select for costing.

Activity Line

The activity line you can select for costing.

Cost Line

The cost line you can select for costing.

Cost Type

The cost type you can select for costing.

Order Currency

The currency in which the service order sales amount is invoiced.

Service Office

The service department that carries out the service order.

Gross Margin Amount

The gross margin amount of the service orders, service order activities, or cost lines. The amount is based on the Selection Criteria Level the user selects in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.

Gross Margin[%]

The gross margin percentage of the service orders, service order activities, or cost lines. The margin is based on the Selection Criteria Level the user selects in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.

Invoice Amount

The invoice amount of the service orders, service order activities or cost lines. The setting in this field is based on the Selection Criteria Level you select in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.

Note: 

• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Order, the total invoice amount of the selected service order appears.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Activity, the sum of invoice amounts of cost lines linked to the activity appears.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Cost Lines, the sum of invoice amounts of cost lines appears.

Sales Amount

The sales amount of the service orders, service order activities or cost lines. The amount that appears in this field is based on the Selection Criteria Level that the user selects in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.

Note: 

• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Order, the total sales amount for the selected service order appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Activity, sum of sales amounts of cost lines linked to the activity appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Cost Lines, the sales amounts of cost lines appears in this field.

Other Amount

The other amount of the service orders, service order activities, or cost lines. The amount that appears is based on the Selection Criteria Level the user selects in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.

Note: 

• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Order, the total other amount for the selected service order appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Activity, the sum of other amount of cost lines linked to the activity appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Cost Lines, the other amount of cost lines appears in this field.

Repair Warranty Amount

Warranty Amount

The warranty amount of the service orders, service order activities, or cost lines. The amount that appears is based on the Selection Criteria Level selected in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.

Note: 

• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Order, the total warranty amount for the selected service order appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Activity, the sum of warranty amount of cost lines linked to the activity appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Cost Lines, the warranty amount of cost line appears in this field.

Contract Amount

The contract amount of the service orders, service order activities, or cost lines. The amount that appears is based on the Selection Criteria Level the user selects in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.

• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Order, the total contract amount for the selected service order appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Activity, the sum of contract amount of cost lines linked to the activity appears in this field.

Order Quote Amount

The order quotation amount of the service orders, service order activities or cost lines. The amount that appears is based on the Selection Criteria Level the user selects in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.

• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Order, the total quotation amount for the selected service order appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Activity, the sum of quotation amount of cost lines linked to the activity appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Cost Lines, the quotation amount of cost lines appears in this field.

Field Change Order Amount

The field change order amount of the service orders, service order activities or cost lines. The amount that appears is based on the Selection Criteria Level the user selects in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.

• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Order, the total field change order amount for the selected service order appears in this field.
• If you set Selection Criteria Level to Activity, the sum of field change order amount of cost lines linked to the activity appears in this field.

Discount Amount

The discount amount of the service orders, service order activities or cost lines. The amount that appears is based on the Selection Criteria Level the user selects in the Cost Service Orders (tssoc2290m000) session.
