Rental Operators (tssoc2505m300)
Use this session to view and maintain the list of rental operators.
Field Information
- Order
- The unique identification number of the rental order.
- Line Number
- The position number of the rental order line.
- Agreement
- The code of the rental agreement associated with the rental operator.
- Operator
- The code of the rental operator.
- Name
- The name of the operator.
- Status

The status of the rental operator assignment.
Allowed values
- Accepted
- Started
- Completed
- Rejected
- Assigned
- Service Car
- The code that identifies the service car linked to the service engineer.
- Use Service Car
- If this check box is selected, the service car
linked to the rental agreement and the assigned engineer is the same.Note: This field is displayed only if the Service Car of Assignment is default for Activity check box is selected in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session.
- Service Car of Operator
- The code of the service car used by the operator.

- Use Engineer Calendar for Planning
- If this check box is selected, the calendar
of the rental operator is used to calculate the planned start and planned finish
time of the rental agreement.Note:
- This field is displayed if:
- The Use Engineer Calendar for Planning check box in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session.
- The application allows you to select this check box only for one assignment linked to the activity.

- Assignment Duration

- The planned duration of the activity based
on the planned start and finish time.Note: Based on the Origin, this value is defaulted from the Rental Agreements (tssoc2110m200) session.
- Time Duration Unit
- The unit in which the activity duration is expressed.
- Travel
- The planned travel duration.Note:
- This value is defaulted from the Rental Agreements (tssoc2110m200) session.
- This field is displayed only if the Field Service check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
- This field is enabled only if the Origin field is set to Service Order.
- Distance
- The planned travel distance for the rental
agreement.Note:
- This value is defaulted from the Rental Agreements (tssoc2110m200) session.
- This field is visible only if the Field Service check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
- This field is enabled only if the Origin field is set to Service Order.
- Distance Unit
- The unit in which the activity distance is expressed.

- Planned Travel Start
- The travel start date and time planned for the activities.
- Planned Travel Finish
- The travel finish date and time planned for the activities.
- Planned Start
- The planned date and time when the rental
operator is expected to start the execution of the assignment.Note: If an assignment is deleted, the activity dates, and so the related planned delivery dates of the materials lines, are updated.
- Planned Finish
- The planned date and time when the rental
operator is expected to complete the execution of the assignment.Note: This value is modified when the Determine option is clicked based on the value specified in Activity field.

- The actual start date and time of the travel for the activities.
- Actual Travel Finish
- The actual finish date and time of the travel for the activities.
- Actual Start
- The date and time when the rental operator start the execution of the assignment.
- Actual Finish
- The date and time when the rental operator finish the execution of the assignment.

- Earliest Start Time
- The latest date and time when the rental operator can start the execution of the assignment.
- Appointment
- Indicates if the rental operator has an appointment.
- Latest Finish
- The latest date and time by when the rental operator can complete the execution of the assignment.

- Accepted Time
- The date and time at which the rental operator accepts
the rental order activity assigned. The rental operator informs the dispatcher of
his/her acceptance. The information can be conveyed by fax, mobile phone, pager, or
telephone. The assignment cannot be deleted once the time is filled.Note: This field is displayed only if the Field Service check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) and the Origin field is set to Service Order.
- Reject Time
- The date and time when the rental operator rejects the assignment.
- Rejection Reason
- The code of the reason for rejection of the assignment.
- Downloaded Time
- The last date and time, when the rental operator has
downloaded the assigned activities. This field is used by Mobile Service application.
The assignment cannot be deleted if this value is specified.Note: This field is displayed only if the check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) and the Origin field is set to Service Order.
- Job Sheet Completion Time
- The date and time when the rental operator completes the
assigned job sheet.Note: This field is displayed only if the Field Service check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) and the Field ServiceOrigin field is set to Service Order.
