Service Engineer Assignments - Depot Repair (tssoc2505m200)
Use this session to view the list of service engineer assignments for the work orders.
This session is visible only if:
- The Repair Center check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
- The Use Assignments in Work Orders check box is selected in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
Field Information
- Origin
-
The origin of the activity. This is a display field.
Default value
The default value is Work Order.
- Order
-
The code of the work order for which the engineers are listed.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Work Order Status
-
The status of the work order. This is a display field.
- Line Number
-
The sequence number. This number is used if multiple engineers are defined for the work order.
- Activity Line Number
-
The line number of the work order activity.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Activity Status

The status of the work order activity. This is a display field.
- Service Engineer

The code of the service engineer assigned to the work order.
- Name

The description or name of the code.
- Assignment Status

The status of the assignment linked to the service engineer.

- Accepted
- Started
- Completed
- Rejected
- Assigned
- Use Engineer Calendar for Planning

If this check box is selected, the calendar of the service engineer is used to calculate the planned start and planned finish time of the work order activity.
Note:- This field is applicable only if the Use Assignments in Work Orders check box in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session is selected.
- LN allows you to select this check box only for one assignment linked to the work order activity.
- Duration

The time taken to perform the activity.
Note:- You can specify this value only if the activity status is set to Free, Planned or Released.
- The sum of all the activity durations listed for the work order, is the order duration of the work order.
- This field displays the total of all specified durations when you select the Recalculate Price/Discounts Entire Activity option if labor cost lines are linked to the work order activity,
- Time Duration Unit

The unit in which the activity duration is expressed.
- Planned Start Time

The planned date and time when the service engineer is expected to start the assignment.
- Planned Finish

The planned date and time when the service engineer is expected to complete the assignment.
- Actual Start

The date and time when the service engineer starts the assigned activity.
- Actual Finish
-
The date and time when the service engineer completes the assigned activity.
- Earliest Start
-
The earliest date and time when the service engineer can start the assignment.
- Appointment
-
If this check box is selected, an appointment is linked to the work order activity.
- Latest Finish Time
-
The latest date and time when the service engineer can complete the assignment.
- Last Changed Time
-
The date and time when the Planned Start and Planned Finish are last updated or when the planner manually changes the service engineer assignment data.
- Accepted Time
-
The date and time when the service engineer accepts the work order activity assignment. If this value is specified, you cannot delete the assignment.
Note: The service engineer can inform the dispatcher of the acceptance using the fax, phone, paper or telephone. - Job Sheet Completion Time

The date and time when the service engineer completes the assigned job sheet.
