Service Order Resource Planning (tssoc2260m000)
Use this session to run global SRP for a single service order, or for a range of service orders.
Field Information
- Sold-to Business Partner

The From and To fields define a range of: Sold-to BP for whom the Global SRP must be run.
- Service Order

The From and To fields define a range of: service orders for which the Global SRP must be run.
- Project

The From and To fields define a range of: projects for which the global SRP must be run.
- Service Office

The From and To fields define a range of: service departments for which the Global SRP must be run.
- Planned Start Time

The From and To fields define a range of: Planned Start Time for which the global SRP must be run.
- Order Type

If the delivery type of the required material for a service order is By Purchase Order, LN uses this purchase order type to create its purchase order when you run global SRP.
- Order Series

The number group used to assign series numbers to the purchase orders generated by global SRP.
- Replan
-
If this check box is selected, service orders in your selected range with the status Free, Planned, or Released, are planned or replanned, if you click the button. Their related service order activities with the status Free or Planned are also planned or replanned.
If this check box is cleared, only service orders and their activities with the status Free will be planned. Service orders and their related activities with the status Planned or Released, will not be replanned.

If this check box is selected, the ATP Inventory check is performed.
Note: The ATP check is only performed, if the Order System is set to Planned in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session and the Include in Enterprise Planning check box is selected in the Warehouses (tcmcs0103s000) session. - Skip Blocked Inventory

If this check box is selected, the blocked quantity is subtracted from the On Hand quantity during the Planned Inventory check and the On Hand Inventory check.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Check Planned Inventory check box or the Check On Hand Inventory check box is selected. - Check Planned Inventory

- Scope of Inventory Check

Check if the material is available in the warehouse defined on the Material Line (Current Warehouse Only) or in one of the warehouses in the same cluster as the warehouse defined on the Material Line (All Warehouses in Cluster).
Note: This field is enabled only if the Check Planned Inventory or the Check On Hand Inventory check box is selected.Allowed values

Checks if the material is available in the warehouse defined on the Material Line.
- Current Warehouse Only

Checks if the material is available in one of the warehouses in the same cluster as the warehouse defined on the Material Line.

- Update Planned Delivery Time of Material Lines

If this check box is selected, the Planned Delivery Time of the Material Lines is updated with the Material Availability Date when Inventory Check Status is set to Supply is late or Shortage in the Service Material Availability (tstdm2520m000) session. When this check box is selected, the performed inventory check (ATP Inventory or Planned Inventory) is recalculated after the update. The Material Availability date is the Planned Available Time if the Check Planned Inventory check box is selected. Else, the ATP date is considered.
Note: This field is enabled only if Check ATP Inventory or Check Planned Inventory is selected. - Update Activities and Orders with Latest Planned Material Line

If this check box is selected, the Planned Start time of the orders and the activities of the related material line, are updated with the latest Material Availability date of the material lines.

If this check box is selected, the Planned Delivery time of all material lines belonging to the order or activity are updated with the last Material Availability date of the material lines.

- The reason why global SRP failed to process it.

This report displays:
- All service orders that were successfully processed by global SRP.
- Previously blocked service orders that were unblocked, and then processed, by global SRP.
- The service orders' current status.
- Rental

- If this check box is selected, only
orders, for which rental agreements exist, are planned.Note: By default, this check box is cleared.
- External Hire Rental Agreements Only
- If this check box is selected,
only orders with rental agreements that have the External Hire check box
selected, are planned. Note: By default, this check box is cleared.
- Services Procurement Order Type
- The code of the Equipment Procurement
Order series.Note:

- You can select a series linked to the Services Procurement Orders in the First Free Numbers (tcmcs0150m000) for session.
- Order Series
- The code of the Equipment Procurement
