Copy Service Order Quotes to History (tssoc1205m000)

Use this session to move the service-order quotations to the history sessions, and to delete them from the Service Order Quotes (tssoc1100m000) session.

Note:

If the Quote History field in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session has the selected value:

None, LN deletes the service-order quotations (no history data is stored).
Header, LN only posts the service-order quotation's header information to history.
Header & Terms, LN posts both the header information and the corresponding terms of the service-order quotation to history.

Field Information

Sold-to Business Partner: The start value of the range of sold-to business partners who will have their (selected) service order quotations moved to history.
Sold-to B.P.: The end value of the range of sold-to business partners who will have their (selected) service order quotations moved to history.
Service Order Quote: The start value of the range of service order quotations that you wish to move to history.
Order Quotation: The end value of the range of service order quotations that you wish to move to history.
Installation Group: The start value of the range of installation group that you want to copy to history.
Installation Group: The end value of the range of installation group that you want to copy to history.
Internal Sales Representative: The start value of the range of sales representative that you want to copy to history.
Sales Rep.: The end value of the range of sales representative that you want to copy to history.
Search Argument: Only service order quotations whose search keys fall in the range you specify will be moved to history. This field is the start value in the range of search keys.
Search Argument: Only service order quotations whose search keys fall in the range you specify will be moved to history. This field is the end value in the range of search keys.
Delete related Service Order: If this check box is selected, you can delete service orders.
Copy Service Orders to History: If this check box is selected, service orders are also copied to History. If this check box is cleared, service orders are not copied.

Note: This checkbox is present only when the Service Order History checkbox in the Service Order Parameters is selected.
Delete Quote: If this check box is selected, the application deletes the quotation after the quotation is copied to history.

Note: You can delete a quotation only if the status of the service orders linked to the quotation, is set to Closed or Canceled.
