Copy Maintenance Sales Order (tsmsc2280m000)
Use this session to copy the details of an existing Maintenance Sales Order (MSO) to a new MSO. You can copy the following data to the new MSO:
- Header
- Part Lines
- Texts
- Order Text
- Invoice Text

The maintenance sales order (MSO) from which you copy the details to a new MSO. Click the browse arrow to select the MSO from the Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) session.
- Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to business partner as specified in the source maintenance sales order. This is a display field.
- Description

The description of the sold to business partner.
- Service Office

The service department as specified in the source maintenance sales order. This is a display field.
- Description

The description of the service office .
- Service Type

The service type as specified in the source maintenance sales order. This is a display field.

The description of the service type.
- Maintenance Sales Order

The new maintenance sales order (MSO), to which the details of the source MSO selected in the Maintenance Sales Order field, are copied. Click the browse arrow to select the first free numbers of the MSO series from the First Free Numbers (tcmcs0150m000) session.
- Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to business partner as specified in the source order. You can change the value. Click the browse arrow to select a new business partner from the Business Partners (tccom4500m000) session.

The description of the sold-to business partner.
- Service Office

The service department as specified in the source Maintenance Sales Order (MSO). You can change the value. Click the browse arrow to select a new service department from the Service Offices (tsmdm1100m000) session.

- Service Type

The service type as specified in the source Maintenance Sales Order (MSO). You can change the value. Click the browse arrow to select a new service type from the Service Types (tsmdm0130m000) session.

- Copy Header Only

If this check box is selected, only the header of the source Maintenance Sales Order (MSO) is copied to the new MSO.
Note: When you select this check box, the Part Lines check box is disabled. - Part Lines

If this check box is selected, the header and part lines of the source Maintenance Sales Order (MSO) are copied to the new MSO.
- Activity Lines

If this check box is selected, all the activity lines of the source Maintenance Sales Order are copied to the target Maintenance Sales Order. If this check box is cleared, the activity lines are created based on the part maintenance line.
Note:- This field is enabled only if the activity lines exist for the part lines.
- If the Origin of the activity lines is not Part Line for the source Maintenance Sales Order, the Origin of the activity lines of the target Maintenance Sales Order is set to Manual.
- Texts

If this check box is selected, the following check boxes are enabled:
- Order Text
- Invoice Text
- Order Text

If this check box is selected, the order text is copied from the source maintenance sales order (MSO) to the new MSO.
Note: This check box is enabled only when the Texts check box is selected. - Invoice Text

If this check box is selected, the invoice text is copied from the source Maintenance Sales Order (MSO) to the new MSO.
