Maintenance Sales Order Activity Lines (tsmsc1111m000)

Use this session to maintain the (reference) activities that are executed by the related work order. You can define the fixed activity price for all the work order activities that are created before and after the work order processing is initiated. For each work order activity, you can create a maintenance sale order (MSO) activity Line.

You can use the Estimated Coverage Lines option to view the estimated coverage lines created for the selected activity line. This option is displayed only if the Use Coverage Calculation for Estimates check box is selected in the Maintenance Sales Control Parameters (tsmsc0100m000) and Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) sessions.

You cannot delete an activity line that is created during the estimated phase, if:

The Allow to Delete Estimates field is set to No in the Maintenance Sales Control Parameters (tsmsc0100m000) session.
The status of the related part line is set to Released.

Note:

If the Pricing Method is set to Fixed Activity Price, a Coverage Line is created with the Cost Type set to Activity.
You can also classify the activities that are Fixed Order Price based or Fixed Activity Price based.

Maintenance Sales Order

The code of the maintenance sales order.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Part Line

The maintenance sales order line number.

Line Status

The status of the part line.

The activity line related to the part line.

Alternative

The quote line alternative.

Note:

This field is displayed only if the Use Alternatives for Quotes check box is selected in the Service Quote Parameters (tsepp0100m000) session.

Reference Activity

The code of the reference activity linked to the activity line.

Note:

This value is mandatory if the Reference Activity Mandatory check box is selected in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
This field is disabled if the Status of the Part Line is set to Completed or if the work order Activity Status is set to Released, Completed, Transferred, Canceled or Closed.

Description

The description or name of the code.

This field is disabled if the Status of the Part Line is set to Completed or if the work order Activity Status is set to Released, Completed, Transferred, Canceled or Closed.
This value is defaulted from the Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) session.

Sales Price

The sales price for the fixed activity price line.

This field is applicable only if the Pricing Method is set to Fixed Activity Price.
This value is defaulted based on:
- The Reference Activity/ Installation Group, the Search Item, the Serial Number and the Coverage Time in the Maintenance Sales Order - Part Lines (tsmsc1110m000) session.
- The Ship-to Business Partner in the Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) session.

Estimated Sales Price

The estimated sales price for the activity line. This value is defaulted from the Sales Price field of the related part line if the part Line Status is set to Free.

This field is displayed only if the Use Coverage Calculation for Estimates check box is selected in the Maintenance Sales Control Parameters (tsmsc0100m000) and the Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) sessions.
This field is applicable only if the Pricing Method is set to Fixed Order Price or Fixed Activity Price.

Estimated Activity Line

Indicates if the resource line is created before the part line status is set to Released.

Note:

LN selects this check box if:

The Use Coverage Calculation for Estimates check box is selected in the Maintenance Sales Control Parameters (tsmsc0100m000) and the Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) sessions.
The Line Status of the related part line is set to Free when this activity line is created.

Order Currency

The currency in which the sales price is expressed.

Price Origin

The origin of the sales price is retrieved.

This field is applicable only if the Pricing Method is set to Fixed Activity Price.
This value is defaulted based on:
- The Reference Activity/ Installation Group, the Search Item, the Serial Number and the Coverage Time in the Maintenance Sales Order - Part Lines (tsmsc1110m000) session.

Pricing Contract

The service contract to which the part activity line is linked.

Pricing Contract Line

The configuration line number of the pricing contract.

Note:

This field is applicable only if the Use Prices in Service Contracts check box is selected in the Contract Management Parameters (tsctm0100m000) session.
This field is applicable and mandatory if the Pricing Contract is specified.

Pricing Contract Change

The change number of the pricing contract.

Note:

This field is applicable only if the Use Prices in Service Contracts check box is selected in the Contract Management Parameters (tsctm0100m000) session.
This field is applicable and mandatory if the Pricing Contract is specified.

Contract Ignored

Indicates if the service contract is linked to the service order activity line. The following are the possible scenarios:

If this check box is selected, and the Pricing Contract, Pricing Contract Change and the Pricing Contract Line fields are specified, a valid service contract is linked and the sales price of the service contract is not considered.
If this check box is selected, and the Pricing Contract, Pricing Contract Change and the Pricing Contract Line fields are not specified, a service contract is not linked.
If this check box is cleared, and the Pricing Contract, Pricing Contract Change and the Pricing Contract Line fields are specified, a valid service contract exists and pricing terms data is considered.
If this check box is cleared, and the Pricing Contract, Pricing Contract Change and the Pricing Contract Line fields are not specified, a valid service contract does not exist.

The revision number of the quote to which the maintenance sales order activity line is linked.

Note:

This field is displayed only if the Use Revisions check box is selected in the Service Quote Parameters (tsepp0100m000) session.
This value is defaulted from the Quotes (tsepp1100m000) session.

Line

The line number of the quote to which the maintenance sales order activity line is linked.

Project

The code of the project to which the maintenance sales order activity line is pegged.

This field is displayed only if the Project Pegging check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
This field is enabled only if the project peg is specified on the linked part maintenance line in the Maintenance Sales Order - Part Lines (tsmsc1110m000) session.
You must select a project:
- That is not linked to a Project contract and for which invoicing through sales is allowed.
- With Active status.
- That is not a PCS project.
This value is defaulted from:
