Visit Report Templates (tsmdm5100m000)

Use this session to create and view the default visit report templates. The templates are applicable to a specific sold-to business partner and service department combination.

Note: 
  • The visit report templates can be defined only if the Mobile Field Service check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • The templates are downloaded to the Mobile Service application.
  • If the templates are defined in LN and visit report is generated in the Mobile Service Application, LN searches the applicable template, based on the sold-to business partner, the service department or the combination of both.
  • If the templates are not defined in LN, the default template available at the time of installing the Mobile Service application, is used.

Field Information

Visit Report Template

The code of the visit report template.

Effective Date

The date from when the visit report template is effective.

Note: When you add a new template, the Effective Date is set to the current system date.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Sold-to Business Partner

The code of the sold-to business partner for which the visit report template is defined.

Note: 
  • The business partner must be active.
  • If this value is not specified, the visit report template is applicable for all sold-to partners.
Name

The name of the sold-to business partner for which the visit report template is defined.

Service Office

The service department for which the visit report template is defined.

Note: If this value is not specified, the visit report template is applicable for all the service departments.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Visit Report Template Filename

The file name of the visit report template.

Active

If this check box is selected, the template can be used to generate the visit reports.

Change Date

The date and time when the template is created or last modified.

Note: By default, the current system date is used.
File Size in MB

The file size in MB.
