Use this session to display and maintain the details of service cars.

- Service Car

The unique identification code (maximum ten character, alphanumeric) of the service car.
- Description

The description or name of the service car.
- Warehouse
-
The warehouse which supplies inventory to the service car.
Depending on the delivery type of the item, inventory can move in or out of the service car (from this warehouse).
Note: A warehouse can only supply, or be linked to, one service car.Warehousing considers the service car entered in this field as a warehouse.
Only warehouses of type Service and Normal can be selected.

The description or name of the code.
- Inventory Management for Bench Stock

If this check box is selected, the inbound and outbound lines related to the warehouse transfer (manual) order are processed for the bench stock items. The inbound and outbound lines are generated when a warehouse transfer (manual) order is created for transferring the items from a (central) warehouse to a car warehouse. If this check box is cleared, the inbound lines are not generated for the bench stock items received in the car warehouses, when the warehouse transfer (manual) orders are created.
Note: The item is considered as bench stock item if the Delivery Type for the item is set to From Service Inventory in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session. - Meter Reading
