The code of the distance zone to which the displayed zone classes apply.

The description or name of the Distance Zone.
- Distance Upto

The maximum distance of the zone class.
Note: The minimum distance of the zone class is the Distance Upto value of the zone class immediately below (with the nearest but smaller Distance Upto value). - Effective Date

The first day that the call-out charge is valid.
- Call-Out Charge

The call-out charge for the zone class.
- Currency

The currency of the call-out charge.
