Measurement Types (tsmdm0165m000)
Use this session to create measurement types. Measurement types are used when performing inspections to determine the value of an item's variable (measuring quantity).
The measurement helps you plan the preventive maintenance of the item. When performing inspections and the behavior of the item is not in tune to the expected values, LN generates maintenance notifications, thereby enabling you to take corrective action before the breakdown of the item.
The Measurement type is used in the following Service modules:
- Configuration Management
