- Service Contract

The service contract on which the changes are carried out.
- History Time

The date/time on which the Service Contract is posted to History.

The service-contract duration.
This duration exists of a period and a unit attribute. Based on the agreed change period on the contact (-quotation) these attributes are filled.
- Change Period Unit

The unit of the renewal period.
- Effective Date

The date and time from which the contract change is active.
- Change Effective Date

The date and time on which the change was initiated.
- Expiry Date

The date and time on which the contract change will be active.The expiry date is determined based on the Effective Date and the Change Period
- Penalty

Penalty amount expressed in the currency of the contract for processing incidental changes on the service contract.
- Currency

The Sales Amount is the aggregated sales amount of all related Configuration Lines. The currency that is specified in the service contract.
- Total Sales Amount

The new contract price resulting from the contract change.
- Cost Amount

The total cost amount of the contract change. This amount is the aggregated cost amount of all related Configuration Lines.
- Gross Margin

The gross margin of the contract change expressed in percentage.
- Difference Amount

The difference between the new sales amount and the previous sales amount.
- Earned Revenue Factor

When the Revenue Recognition Method is either Based on Earned Revenue Factor (Cost incurred per period) or Based on Earned Revenue Factor (Cumulative cost), ERF is calculated and stored here. The calculated Earned Revenue Factor for the contract stored here. This is a display field. For every contract change this field is updated so there is an easy track of the ERF changes. This ERF will be used for calculating the recognition amount.This value is used only when “Recognize Revenue per Configuration” is set to No at the Configuration.
