Original Company

The company in which this session is accessed. The Service Contracts data from this company is archived and/or deleted.

Archive-to Company

The company to which the data from the Original Company is archived.

Selection Range
Up to Date

The date and time up to which the Service Contracts are considered for archiving/deleting.

Note: The application considers the Service Contracts for which the Reported Time in the Service Contracts (tsctm3100m000)session is prior or equal to this date and time.
Sold-to Business Partner

The From and To fields define a range of business partners for whom the Service Contract is archived or deleted.

Service Office

The From and To fields define a range of the Service offices linked to the Service Contracts.

Internal Sales Representative

The From and To fields define a range of Internal Sales Representatives.

Contract Type

The From and To fields define a range of contract linked to the Service Contract.

Service Contract

The From and To fields define a range of Service contract.

Options
Archive Text

If this check box is selected, all the text fields existing in the original company are archived.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Archive-to Company is specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Delete or Archive field is set to Delete Only.
Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected and the text already exists in the Archive-to Company, the existing text in the Archive-to Company is overwritten by the text that is archived.

Only Delete if Archived

If this check box is selected, only the Service Contracts that exist in the archive company are deleted.

Simulate

If this check box is selected, the archiving/delete process is only simulated and the results are displayed in the Process and Error reports. The actions are not committed in the database.

Archive Generic Warranty term records

If this check box is selected, archive all Generic Warranty-related data is set to Yes by default.

Print Options
Process Report

If this check box is selected, a process report is printed when the process is completed successfully. The report includes all Service Contracts that are within the specified selection range and are archived/deleted.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, an error report is printed when the process is not completed successfully. The report includes all Service Contracts that are within the specified selection range and are not archived/deleted.

Print Statistics

If this check box is selected, a report prints Service Contract counts.
