Copy Service Contracts to History (tsctm3280m000)

Use this session to move service contracts from the Service Contracts (tsctm3100m000) session to the Service Contract History (tsctm8511m000) session. You can also move the corresponding Installations, installments and terms.

Note: 
  • Only service contracts with the Closed status can be moved to history.
  • If the History field in the Contract Management Parameters (tsctm0100m000) session displays None, the service contract data is not moved to history. The service contract is immediately deleted.

If this check box is selected, service contracts are copied to history and are deleted from the Service Contracts (tsctm3100m000) session.
