Service Order Quote Configuration Line Totals (tsctm1502m400)

Use this session to display the total amounts (costs, sales, and gross margin) detailed by installation group for the selected service-order quotation.

These amounts are summed from all service type combinations that are specified for the Installation group.

Finally, an overall cost amount and an overall sales amount are calculated and displayed.

Note: If a surcharge or discount has been attached at the term level and/or at the contract-quotation header level, this is added to the calculated sales amount.

Field Information

Order Quote: The order quotation number.
Order Quotation: The order quotation description.
Conf. Line: The line number identifying the configuration for which the total amounts apply.
Installation Group: The installation group number.
Term Type: The Installation group description.
Item: The item number
Item description: The Item description.
Serial Number: serial number
Quote Costs: total costs
Quote Sales: total amount
Quote Gross Margin %: gross margin (GM)
Spent Costs: The cost amount spent in service activities or helpdesk support. The amount is expressed in the home currency
Allocated Costs: allocated costs
Spent Sales: The sales amount spent in service activities or help desk support. The amount is expressed in the currency of the header.
Allocated Sales: allocated sales.
Actual Gross Margin %: The quotation's gross margin (GM) spent in service activities or help desk support.
