Contract Tooling Terms (tsctm1137m300)
Use this session to maintain the Tooling cost term that is associated with the coverage term, selected from the service contract.
- If the Fixed Price check box is selected and the Coverage check box is not selected, contract prices are considered and not the amount. The Coverage related fields are not applicable.
- If the Fixed Price check box is not selected and Coverage check box is selected, contract prices are considered to determine the amount. The Coverage dependent fields are applicable.
- If both Fixed Price and the Coverage check boxes are selected, both contract prices and amount are considered. The contract price term is set to fixed repairs. The coverage dependent fields are applicable.

- This term type is selected when certain activities are subcontracted while executing service contracts.
- Help Desk
- This term type is selected when helpdesk support is provided with a guaranteed response time.
- Other
- This term type is selected when the coverage cannot be covered by the rest of the term types.
- Uptime
- This term type is selected when a certain uptime is guaranteed for critical equipment in the service contract.
- All
- This term type is selected when the coverage includes all costs in certain limits but cannot be specified by type.
- Material
- This term type is selected when certain items are used to carry out a service activity.
- Time and Material Price

Indicates that the sales price for the Configuration Line is defined based on the time and material pricing method, specified for the contract.
Note: This field is applicable only if the Use Prices in Service Contracts check box is selected in the Contract Management Parameters (tsctm0100m000) session. - Fixed Price

Indicates that the fixed Sales Price is defined for the Configuration Line in the Fixed Price Terms (tsctm1111m000) session.
Note: This field is applicable only if the Use Prices in Service Contracts check box is selected in the Contract Management Parameters (tsctm0100m000) session. - Coverage

If this check box is selected, the coverage and cost terms can be defined for the configuration line.
Note:This field is visible only if:
- The Type of Configuration Line is set to Normal Line.
- The Use Prices in Service Contracts checkbox is selected in Contract Management Parameters (tsctm0100m000) session.
