Start Diagnostics (tsclm3110m000)

Use this session to define and view start questions for items. The question is the start point of a diagnostic tree, which you can use to find a solution to a call's problem.

If you select an item in the overview session and then, on the appropriate menu, select Diagnostic Tree, LN starts the Diagnostic Tree (tsclm3120m000) session with the question you select as the start point. If you select Diagnostic Tree (Graphical) on the appropriate menu, LN displays the graphic version of the start question's diagnostic tree.

Note: You can only define one start question for an item.

Field Information

Item: The code of the item for which you list a start question. The item's start question determines the diagnostic tree used to solve the call.

Description: The name or description of the item.
Start Question: The code of the first question in the diagnostic tree for the selected item. This question determines the diagnostic tree used to solve calls that concern this item. If, on the appropriate menu, you select Diagnostic Tree, the Diagnostic Tree (tsclm3120m000) session opens with this question.
