Delete Accepted Calls (tsclm1240m000)

Use this session to delete a range of accepted calls, based on the date specified in the Accepted Time Upto field. LN compares this date with the value of the Accepted Time field in the Call (tsclm1100m000) session. Calls with an accepted date prior to this date are deleted.

Note: 
  • You can delete calls with the status Accepted that do not contain parent calls.
  • You can only delete parent calls with the status Accepted if all follow-up calls have the status Accepted. The parent calls will still delete even if the follow-up calls are not within the specified range and if the accepted dates are beyond the parent calls' accepted dates.

Accepted Time Upto

The date up to which a range of calls is deleted.

Keep CRM Activities

If this check box is selected, the CRM activities linked to the call are not deleted when the call is deleted.

Note: You can use the Call - Activities (tsclm1600m200) session to view the activities linked to a call.
